I was rather surprised when I received this necklace. Based on all of the previous reviews, I was expecting something truly exceptional. Instead, I found that the necklace was very cheap looking and was definitely not worth the $100 price tag. For starters, everything was held together by a stretchy string, which was very surprising. Necklaces of this weight should definitely have a sturdier mechanism. In addition to the cheesy stretchy string, the combination of the size, shiny chrome metal, the rhinestones (that did not sparkle), and the enamel just looked cheap. In theory this necklace would have been very pretty, but there is just something off about it. I gave it two stars because I did keep it for 1 day to decide if I liked it or not. Ultimately, I decided it was worth perhaps $30 and not $100.

This necklace looks like you stepped out of the Art Deco period, wearing the most stunning, yet beautiful necklace, in its own right.
No one can go wrong wearing this black necklace, with its fire in the diamond-like accents. It can be worn by Women of all ages & stages of their life.

Couldn't believe what I saw when I opened this box. Against the black velvet it was sitting on, it was really beautiful. Then I put it on and was blown away. This is really a statement piece. I like it closer to the neck with just the front of the necklace showing. It's a weighty necklace but once you put it on, all it is is gorgeous.

this piece coud have been great but it is heavy and the crystal do not sparkle.

The neclace is way too heavy and the lobster claw clasp is so tiny...very hard to manipulate. It is going back. I also am returning the matching ring and bracelet (for some reason there is no access to the bracelet screen anymore so I have to leave my review for the bracelet here: very "cheap"...after just a couple of hours the "safety" chain broke!)...anyway...really for the price it should have been much more craftsmanship...sorry!
